Hunting Dog Breeds Raised: German Shorthaired Pointer

Our main objective, here at Cady Falls German Shorthair Pointers, is to breed healthy, happy and productive dogs! We accomplish this by focusing on preserving the integrity of this magnificent "pointing breed" hunting dog! We find that following a strict Breeding protocol, whereby testing the Sire and Dam for Health Clearances prior to mating, we are better able to produce a pup that is free of genetic defects. We also focus on type and function and as such, the probability is high that the pups will have good conformation, will be easy to train and will have inherent, natural ability in the field. These pups will be devoted family companions, ones that are happy to curl up at your feet in the evening while still being ready for an early morning upland bird hunt at a moment's notice!

The versatility of the German Shorthair Pointer is evident, they are very people oriented and easily become part of the family. They will play catch with you in the back yard and then explode with energy in the field as they scent, point and gently retrieve a downed game bird to your hand! And, to complete the story of this multi-talented breed, the German Shorthair Pointer will also shine in the show ring too!

Cathy just ruined my wifes birthday. In 2017, we picked a dog out from a litter and she told us it was ours. When we went to pick it up two weeks later, we learned she gave it to another family. Today, we spent $300 and 5 hours to travel to her home to pick our 2nd dog for my wifes birthday. Cathy told us multiple times we would have our pick of the litter. We confirmed it and reconfirmed it. We spent the entire last month watching the videos of the litter being born and growing up. We get to her house today, and there are 2 dogs there. She already let the rest of the litter get claimed. Including the two dogs we wanted to see. Cathy sat there and lied to our faces that she didnt have the conversations w my wife about being able to pick early. This is absolutely devastating to my family and ruined my wifes birthday. Cathy is a liar. Do not do business with her
