If your looking for a Vizsla hunting machine, then this is your dog. I have a started male vizsla looking for a new hunting partner. He is 3.5yrs old. AKC pure blood and registered but he is neutered. This is Harvey. He is out of some amazing field trial lines. He is a big running dog. Ive been breeding vizslas for a lot of years and hunting them exclusively for the last 15 yrs and this is one of the most impressive dogs ive had the pleasure of hunting behind. The dog has a big set of wheels and can cover some serious ground. He is also responsive enough with his training collar that he will work close if you want him close. Ive spent quite a bit of time in training last spring and summer getting him ready. I hunted him a lot last fall and killed quail, huns, pheasants and chukars over him. He is very stylish dog on point as you can tell by the pics. He has a very high head set on point and his tail is always at 12 oclock. I consider him started since I havent fully broke him to hold point to shot. I like my dogs to break at the flush. He retrieves well but like any pointing dog can always use more work there. He has not been force fetch trained. No problems with gun fire or loud noises. He is ready to hunt. If you want to finish him before this fall, then he is ready to go. Up to date on shots.
