In 2009 we started Wisconsin River Retrievers in Portage, Wisconsin's famous town that lines the banks of the Wisconsin River were you turn north and the "North Begins". In 2015 we moved to the north shore of Lake Puckaway outside of Montello were we spent most of our time hunting and fishing when not training dogs. Our mission and goal has always stayed the same: Breed and train the best quality labs we can. That means you will get more than just a dog, you will get a lifetime companion that will meet your needs. Wether it's walking in the park or striving for that field trial championship our dogs can do it.
